Welcome to Movement Pilates, where wellness and movement unite. I'm Afroze, a certified Pilates Instructor, a qualified Personal Trainer, and a Mom of two beautiful and kind children. I am passionate about sharing the transformative journey of Pilates with you. Pilates goes beyond exercise – it's about balance and mindfulness.

 

My journey with Pilates started as a realization: life is movement. Emerging from post-COVID depression and physical frailty, as a personal trainer, I struggled to exercise. Overcoming life's trials, mindfulness guided me. I discovered movement's healing power through walks. Embracing Pilates, I found profound love and healing in every aspect. Pilates became a way of life, empowering me mentally and physically. I became a certified instructor to share this journey.

 

Our approach at Movement Pilates adapts Joseph Pilates' principles to your needs. From invigorating group classes to personalized private sessions, we focus on you. Our small group classes ensure personalized attention, making every session unique.
